Job Summary

You will manage the order-to-cash process by handling customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and supporting customer communications to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process new customer orders and returns promptly to maintain accurate sales records
• Enter sales orders, credit notes, and debit notes accurately to support financial transactions
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to schedule and confirm deliveries, ensuring on-time completion
• Respond to customer emails, messages, and phone calls professionally to resolve inquiries and provide updates on inventory, pricing etc.
• Match and file purchase orders (PO) and delivery orders (DO) to maintain organized records
• Participate in stock takes and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy
• Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by management to support business needs
• Utilize Oracle NetSuite software effectively to manage order processing and related tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is preferred to enhance order management efficiency
• Relevant experience or education in sales order processing or related fields is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and willingness to learn new skills
• Strong teamwork skills to assist colleagues and contribute to a collaborative work environment
