Job Summary

You will serve as the primary liaison for clients, driving efficient order processing and inquiry resolution while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and support sales growth within the sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions by processing orders, responding to inquiries, and delivering detailed product information to ensure client satisfaction
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales contracts, quotations, and related documentation to support seamless transaction workflows
• Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to optimize order processing and invoicing, enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience
• Support sales initiatives by assisting in lead generation, conducting client follow-ups, and contributing to overall team performance and growth
• Utilize ERP software to manage sales data and streamline internal processes effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Business or Engineering, or equivalent educational background
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in sales support or customer service, preferably within the Marine/Shipping industry
• Strong communication skills applied to customer engagement and internal collaboration
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving in a dynamic sales environment

** 5.5 days work week - Mon-Friday and Sat half day

** 13th Month- Prorated after probation if less than a year of work
