We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Singapore. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and enhancing brand presence within the Singapore market.

What you will do:

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets across assigned brand portfolios.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new potential doors in the market.
• Plan and execute structured customer visits to ensure consistent engagement and service coverage.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentation to negotiation and closing.
• Ensure brand positioning standards are maintained through regular in-store visits and merchandising reviews.
• Organize and support promotional activities, customer events, and product launches to drive sell-through.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance teams to support account management and timely payment follow-up.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Do you have what it takes?

• 2 – 4 years of relevant sales experience with a demonstrated ability to achieve targets.
• Experience in eyewear, fashion, and luxury sectors is advantageous.
• Structured approach to business and sales, well organized, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Singapore Driving License & own vehicle required - on the field position.
