Sales Manager (Ethical Sales, Pharmaceutical/ Medical) 

Responsible for business operations and sales performance of the Singapore office (Ethical Team) with a focus on driving sales growth, ensuring efficient daily operations, and working closely with the Director.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage sales growth initiatives for Ethical products, including direct management of the Ethical Group.

• Track sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.

• Foster effective coordination and collaboration among team members.

• Support budgeting, cost management, and initiatives to enhance profitability.

• Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.

• Prepare and submit regular business and sales reports to the Director in Malaysia.
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with primary focus on Ethical Sales

• Proven expertise in sales and business management.

• Experience in the generic drug sector is an advantage.

• Comfortable working hands-on in a small team environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
