Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Development team in its regular functions towards executing the organisation’s strategic goals.
• Prepare and compile ship operating budget proposals for existing and new clients in liaison with various departments.
• Carry out periodical customer surveys and market analysis.
• Correspond with customers and other stakeholders.
• Manage all relevant documentation related to the department (e.g. Maintain ship management contracts and agreements).
• Monitor the department’s outstanding projects in coordination with the other team members.
• Perform ad hoc duties as and when necessary.

We are looking for Professionals

• Who have acquired Diploma or Degree – Preferably in Marketing or Maritime
• With prior experience in ship management companies or related industries will have an added advantage.
• With good administrative, communication, planning and implementation skills
• Fluency in English with good English writing skills
• Computer literacy is a must
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
