Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to grow our B2B sales in the F&B, café, restaurant, and commercial kitchen sector.
You will be responsible for prospecting, meeting clients, understanding their needs, and closing deals on kitchen equipment solutions.

This role is suitable for individuals who are hungry to earn, proactive, and comfortable speaking to business owners.

Key Responsibilities (Job Scope)
Sales & Business Development

  • Actively source and develop new B2B clients (restaurants, cafés, central kitchens, F&B operators)
  • Conduct cold calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups to generate leads
  • Arrange and attend client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable kitchen equipment solutions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow through until deal closure

Account Management

  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers
  • Handle enquiries, pricing discussions, and after-sales follow-ups
  • Coordinate with operations and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery and installation
  • Provide basic product knowledge and recommendations to clients

Sales Administration

  • Update CRM / sales records accurately
  • Track sales pipeline and monthly targets
  • Work closely with management on pricing strategy and promotions

Requirements

  • Minimum O-Level / Diploma (experience preferred over paper qualifications)
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B or F&B industry is a plus)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face sales
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and result-driven
  • Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
  • Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, Excel)
