Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts.

• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful project delivery.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in sales or key account management, preferably in mechanical engineering, industrial equipment, or waste management.

• Strong understanding of the mechanical engineering industry.

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Experience using CRM software.
