Our client is a regional freight forwarding and 3PL logistics service provider (MNC). Due to business expansion, they are recruiting a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and manage key customer accounts.They are located in East Singapore – easily accessible.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans covering prospecting, cold calls, client meetings, and proposals
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across target industries
• Expand existing accounts and grow the customer base
• Manage key customer relationships to achieve assigned sales targets
• Lead and manage the sales team to meet revenue objectives
• Execute targeted sales initiatives aligned with company goals
• Promote logistics and value-added services to new and existing clients
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and prospect database
• Gather and update market intelligence on customers, traffic mix, and competitors
• Develop deep understanding of customers’ business and supply chain requirements
• Coach sales team on opportunity development, sales calls, and account penetration
• Oversee order execution and ensure timely payment collection
• Prepare sales performance reports and market analysis for management review

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistic, Business Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Strong understanding of Air & Sea freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Alert of both local & global market trends in the freight forwarding industry.
• Proficient in CRM systems & logistics software.
• Proven sales track record with an established customer base.
