Part-time position

5 hours per day from Monday to Friday

Job scope:

- Discussing and coordinating with Clients on orders related to the registration and maintenance of Singapore companies;

- Sending commercial offers via email to potential and existing Clients;

- Making calls to potential and existing Clients with ongoing reporting in Excel;

- Issuing of invoices in QuickBooks;

- Recording of incoming payments in QuickBooks;

- Managing accounts receivable.
