Lead and manage the sales team to drive revenue growth by promoting beauty and wellness services, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and increase revenue
• Promote beauty packages, hair, nail, facial, and massage services to attract and retain customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Train and motivate staff on effective sales techniques and customer service practices
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Prepare detailed sales reports and monitor team performance to identify improvement areas
• Collaborate with operations staff to ensure smooth daily business functions
• Utilize basic computer skills to maintain sales reports and customer records accurately

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in beauty industry, hair, spa, or related industry
• Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively
• Strong sales and marketing skills applied to beauty and wellness services
• Good communication and customer service skills to engage clients and resolve issues
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays as required
• Basic computer proficiency for sales reporting and record keeping
