The Role
We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to actively grow Visionnaire’s client portfolio by identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities.
Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, this role focuses on opening new client relationships, building a qualified pipeline, and converting opportunities into confirmed projects. The Sales Manager works closely with Account Management, Creative, and Production teams to ensure client needs are clearly understood and effectively delivered.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who enjoys opening doors, values ownership, and is motivated by learning, exposure, and visible impact within a boutique agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted industries
- Actively prospect and engage potential clients through outreach, networking, and industry events
- Lead initial client engagement, discovery discussions, and commercial qualification
- Own the sales process from first contact through to commercial agreement and project confirmation, with a strong focus on new client acquisition
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Contribute directly to revenue growth through consistent deal conversion
- Work closely with the Account Management team to brief client needs, objectives, and expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and effectively addressed in proposals
- Represent Visionnaire in client meetings, presentations, and external engagements
- Ensure structured and timely handover of confirmed projects to the Account Management team
- Support multiple opportunities and projects concurrently, from small activations to large-scale events
- Provide on-site support for key projects when required to maintain client relationship continuity

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum GCE “A” Level qualification
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial role
- Experience in events, experiential marketing, hospitality, or B2B services is an advantage
- Experience in FMCG, MICE, travel retail or fintech sales experience is a plus
- Familiarity with the Singapore market is preferred
- Proven ability to source, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Willingness to be hands-on and support on-site event execution when required
