• Supervised and followed up on enquiries, quotations, and related documentation with internal teams, contractors, and customers.
• Ensured timely quotation submission and proper documentation handling before delivery arrangements.
• Coordinated with customers and internal departments to resolve quotation and delivery-related issues.
• Led assistants in gathering information and communicating delivery schedule changes or updates.
• Checked and verified that equipment deliveries were completed accurately; gathered customer feedback for service improvement.
• Investigated and resolved customer complaints regarding transportation, documentation, and missing or lost items.
• Reviewed supplier quotations and verified purchase orders and approvals before submission.
• Handled incoming calls and directed them to the appropriate personnel for assistance
