Roles & responsibilities

· Act as a brand ambassador to provide excellent sales and after sales service

· Handle enquires and respond to customer’s feedback in a professional manner

· Develop excellent relationships with the existing and prospective customers

· Assists in daily stock keeping and operational tasks

· Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

Requirements:

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills,

· Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a gold jewellery,sales showroom,freshers are welcome.

· Good communication & presentation skills.

· Good spoken of English and another language to clients of a multilingual environment.

· Presentable,Outgoing,Punctual,Responsible,Honesty and Discipline.

· Able to work as a team to achieve sales targets.

· Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays

· Computers proficient
