Responsibilities:

• Maintain and service existing clients to drive repeat sales and increase revenue.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with potential and existing customers to understand project timelines and requirements.
• Build strong rapport with customers by understanding their operational needs, especially in heavy equipment or relocation services.
• Meet clients on-site to assess job scope, provide tailored solutions, and develop long-term business relationships.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding quotations, order status, and service details.
• Prepare and process quotations, monitor item availability, and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely project execution.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure proper equipment movement, site accessplanning, and job safety compliance.
• Track sales orders, monitor shipment progress, and ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-up.
• Handle post-sales enquiries including equipment condition feedback, service satisfaction, and maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and expand the customer database through proactive outreach and referrals.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of sales experience
• Experience in machinery relocation, equipment handling, or engineering services is an advantage.
