Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a hungry, self-driven B2B Sales Executive to grow Little Totler’s preschool and institutional business. This is a field-based, door-to-door hunting role, focused on acquiring new preschool, childcare, and early learning centre accounts.
You will be responsible for identifying prospects, making in-person visits, building relationships with centre principals and administrators, and converting leads into long-term B2B customers.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development (Hunting)
Actively prospect and visit preschools, childcare centres, and early learning institutions
Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce Little Totler and our product offerings
Identify and engage key decision-makers (principals, centre heads, operations managers)
Pitch products, programmes, and trial arrangements to secure first orders
Sales Execution & Closing
Follow up on leads from visits, calls, and emails
Manage sampling, trials, and onboarding of new B2B accounts
Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities, and delivery arrangements
Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Relationship Management & Feedback
Maintain relationships with onboarded centres to drive repeat orders
Gather feedback on products and service requirements
Identify upsell opportunities and additional product needs
Reporting & Market Insights
Track daily visits, leads, and conversions
Provide basic pipeline and sales performance updates
Share market and competitor insights from the field
Requirements
1–3 years of B2B sales experience (field sales preferred)
Comfortable with door-to-door / cold-visit sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Resilient, persistent, and comfortable with rejection
Able to work independently and manage own daily schedule
Experience selling to preschools, childcare centres, F&B, or institutions is a strong advantage
Compensation & Incentives
Basic salary + commission-based incentives
Commission payable on new preschool accounts secured and sales generated
Performance-based incentives for achieving and exceeding targets
Transport / travel allowances (where applicable)
