Job Overview

We are a leading manufacturing company looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to bridge the gap between our production floor and our clients. Unlike a standard sales role, this position requires a "hands-on" understanding of our products. You won’t just be selling meat; you’ll be advising clients on yields, cuts, and applications based on your technical knowledge of pork and beef fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including wholesalers, supermarket chains, and high-end F&B outlets.

• Technical Consultation: Use your knowledge of pork and beef cutting to explain product specifications, portion control, and yield optimization to customers.

• Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction levels.

• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, livestock pricing, and competitor activity within the meat manufacturing industry.

• Product Feedback: Work closely with the production team to relay customer requirements for specific cuts or processing styles.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within the FMCG or Food Manufacturing sector.

• Technical Skill: Basic proficiency in pork and beef cutting is mandatory. You should understand carcass breakdown and various primal/sub-primal cuts.

• Communication: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to present technical product info clearly.

• Drive: A self-starter attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
