Job Description:

• Coordinate sales and project support for main engine, dual-fuel engine, thruster, boiler, and ballast water systems.

• Manage import/export regulatory compliance for marine equipment across international markets.

• Arrange technical service and maintenance for onboard equipment with overseas clients and repair yards.

• Liaise with overseas branches to align operational standards, reporting directly to Singapore HQ management.

• Promote technical sales strategies and create performance reports aligned with corporate targets.

• Serve as a bridge for HQ-to-field culture exchange, especially across Asia.

• Execute ad hoc assignments as directed by the department manager.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Engineering, Applied Physics, Maritime Studies or equivalent field.

• Research experience in advanced materials, control systems, or precision instrumentation applicable to modern marine engineering.

• 2–3 years of Sales experience in relevant industry

• Practical knowledge of marine engine performance or condition-based monitoring is a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with shipbuilding processes and global parts logistics will be highly regarded.

• Japan language is required to liaise with internal & external Japan counterparts

• Proven ability to work in multicultural teams, especially within the shipbuilding and engineering supply chain sectors.

• Willingness to station in developing countries or regional sites based on project needs. Required to make business trips to developing countries. (Area: Middle East - Japan, Frequency: every month)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to interface with shipyard staff, dock engineers, and classification societies.
