• Manage and support the distributor network in Southeast Asia, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to appoint and develop new distributors in untapped markets.
• Collaborate with distributors to plan market-specific sales strategies and meet sales targets.
• Track distributor performance, provide feedback, and support them with training, events, and customer visits.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience managing distributors in scientific or analytical instruments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with technical aptitude in related equipment.
