Sales Director / Sales Manager – Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
- Location: Singapore
- Market Coverage: Singapore and Southeast Asia
Job Summary
You will lead the identification and development of new business opportunities for Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions across Singapore and Southeast Asia. Collaborate with enterprise customers and partners to build a robust sales pipeline, manage the sales cycle from engagement to deal closure, and work closely with product and delivery teams to position solutions that drive regional business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IDP solutions targeting industries such as BFSI, manufacturing, logistics, and shared services
- Engage and influence business and technology stakeholders within enterprise customers to understand needs and align IDP solutions accordingly
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and collaboration with partners to secure early customers
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including initial engagement, negotiation, and deal closure to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to position and tailor IDP solutions effectively for diverse customer requirements
- Support the development and expansion of strategic partnerships to enhance market presence in Singapore and Southeast Asia
- Operate autonomously in a growth-stage environment, driving market development initiatives and contributing to regional business strategy
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in B2B solution or technology sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to engage business and IT stakeholders to influence decision-making and solution adoption
- Interest in AI, automation, or digital transformation solutions, with a focus on leveraging these technologies to solve business challenges
- Exposure to regional markets in Southeast Asia, understanding local business dynamics and customer needs
- Self-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
