You’ll drive new business by reaching out to prospects, booking meetings, and helping convert leads into sales, as Sales Development Associate / Business Developer Representative
This is a hands-on role where you’ll own outbound outreach, test pitches, track results, & hit targets.
Permanent full-time role with hybrid work setup.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Prospect and cold call qualified leads to generate meetings
• Support sales team in converting meetings into deals
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track activities
• Test new sales approaches and optimize outreach
• Hit monthly and quarterly performance targets

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

• 2+ years outbound sales or lead generation experience
• Comfortable with cold calling and full sales outreach
• Hunter mindset, self-driven, & target-focused
• Strong fluency in English
• Ability to work independently & collaboratively

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

• Mandarin proficiency is a bonus, to potentially reach Mandarin speaking clientelle
• Experience in B2C lead generation
• Familiarity with affiliate or performance marketing
• Prior experience working in hybrid setups
• Track record of meeting or exceeding outbound sales targets
