• Handle purchase orders (POs), sales orders (SOs), and invoices.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and customer presentations.
• Track and manage customer requests and complaints, escalating when needed.
• Monitor stock levels, lead times, and order fulfilment status.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry.
• Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and SAP system.
