Job Description:

• Administer, communicate and co-ordinate sales related activities with customers.
• Provide customer service and coordinate within internal departments and external customers.
• Data entry, filing, managing office supplies, drafting correspondence, and answering queries.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as a team.
• Other Ad-hoc-based job

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of the SAP B1 system
• Minimum “O” level/ Higher Nitec in any Administration Discipline.
• 3 years’ experience in general office work.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
• Strong knowledge of Letters of Credit (LC) and full sets of shipping documents will be a plus
