Salary: $3,000 to $3,500
Work Location: Sin Ming (near MRT)
Work Days: 5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm)

Responsibilities:
• Manage customer enquiries and orders including quotations and processing.
• Coordinate with customers on product matters and delivery arrangements.
• Provide support before and after sales to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Arrange shipments according to order requirements and retrieve relevant documents when needed.

Requirements:
• GCE ‘O’ Level, Nitec or Diploma holders
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales coordination or administrative support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Independent and a good team player
