About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador of the brand, delivering an exceptional customer experience through your passion for crystal craftsmanship, luxury retail standards, and personalised service. You will support daily store operations, drive sales performance, and uphold the premium brand image in the high‑traffic environment of Changi Airport.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience

• Provide personalised, high-quality service to all customers in line with the brand standards.
• Engage customers with product storytelling and styling guidance to enhance their shopping experience.
• Build long-term customer relationships.

2. Sales Performance

• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and cross-selling.
• Maintain strong product knowledge (collections, materials, craftsmanship) to support confident recommendations.
• Understand traveller profiles and adapt selling strategies for an international customer base.

3. Store Operations

• Ensure merchandise is well-displayed, replenished, and follows visual merchandising guidelines.
• Support daily store operations including cashiering, stock handling, inventory checks, and loss prevention.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation to the luxury standards.

4. Compliance & Airport Regulations

• Adhere to airport security protocols, pass requirements, and operational regulations.
• Ensure accuracy in handling duty‑free/duty‑paid procedures and documentation where applicable.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion, jewellery, accessories, or beauty.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage diverse international travellers.
• Passion for customer service and a polished, professional appearance.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays (airport operations).
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
