Responsibilities:

• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet and assist customers professionally, understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and resolve inquiries or issues promptly.

• Drive Sales Performance: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, demonstrate product features and benefits effectively, and stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends.

• Process Transactions: Accurately and efficiently handle sales transactions using POS systems.

• Maintain Store Presentation: Assist with merchandising, visual displays, and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Manage Inventory: Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory as needed to support smooth operations.
