As part of our growth, we’re looking for a Sales Assistant (Renovation) to support our sales team and director — combining customer service, sales support, and project coordination in one dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support & Client Service
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations
  • Handle customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
  • Build rapport with clients and provide excellent after-sales support
  • Participate in client consultation sessions alongside senior consultants or the Director
  • Support marketing activities, showroom upkeep, and events when needed
• Project & Site Coordination
  • Coordinate and schedule site visits with clients and project teams
  • Join site visits to understand renovation progress, handover process, and customer service needs
  • Liaise with designers, project coordinators, and suppliers for smooth order processing
  • Support material selection, color matching, and preparation of sample/mood boards for clients
    Assist in site supervision and coordination with contractors and carpentry teams
• Administration & Documentation
  • Maintain proper sales records, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Director in planning, scheduling, and execution

Requirements

• Fresh grads welcome; training provided
• Prior experience in renovation sales/coordination is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp preferred
• Strong interest in renovation, interior design, and client servicing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (Mandarin-speaking is a plus)
  Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to travel for site meetings when required
• Able to commit 5.5 days/week (6-day availability is a bonus)
