Job Summary:

• Experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong background in freight forwarding and logistics to lead business development efforts and manage key customer relationships.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and global partners to deliver reliable and effective logistics solutions, contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth and regional expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development while managing key customer accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Balance responsibilities across business development (50%) and key account management (50%) to support sustainable growth
• Manage cross-trade shipments related to Singapore operations, coordinating closely with overseas agents and network partners
• Prepare and present quotations, RFQs, and tender proposals, ensuring competitive and strategic pricing
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including operational terms and conditions, with necessary internal approvals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping carriers, co-loaders, and logistics partners to ensure service reliability and cost competitiveness
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, contributing to overall revenue and gross profit growth
• Monitor and report on sales pipelines, business opportunities, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management
• Work closely with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting prospects into long-term customers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
• Provide regular market insights and updates to the Managing Director and Sales Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, 3PL, distribution, or warehousing sales
• Strong track record in business development and/or key account management
• Strong in logistics solutions strategy
