Key Responsibilities

Agent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Identify, engage, and onboard qualified real estate agents to our platform
• Present value propositions and service offerings tailored to agent needs
• Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration into our ecosystem

Sales Enablement & Performance Growth

• Support agents in achieving sales targets through training, tools, and marketing support
• Monitor agent performance and provide actionable feedback and coaching
• Collaborate with marketing to develop agent-centric campaigns and lead generation strategies

Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

• Explore new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach
• Attend industry events, networking sessions, and property expos to build brand visibility
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with digital tools
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team goals
