Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and process sales-related documents in the system, including Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), quotations, and sales contracts.

  2. Assist in preparing, updating, and maintaining customer quotations and contract documentation based on established templates and processes.

  3. Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.

  4. Manage sales-related emails and communicate with customers on orders and documentation.

  5. Handle incoming calls and route enquiries to the appropriate internal teams.

  6. Review inventory reports to support sales planning and order coordination.

  7. Provide inventory-related information to support sales and operations.

  8. Maintain sales records and support internal reporting and daily operations.

  9. Perform other sales support duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma or above in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.

  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  3. Strong proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written); English required for daily work communication.

  4. Prior experience in sales administration or sales support roles is an advantage.

  5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organised.

  6. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

  7. Experience with ERP or SAP systems will be an advantage.
