Job Description

Summary Benefits:

Responsibilities:

Sales Admin

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide prompt follow-up on customer enquiries, repair, and replacement quotations

  • Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end customer order process, including quotation follow-up, confirmation, delivery coordination, and payment tracking

  • Deliver quality customer service when handling sales and service-related enquiries

  • Contact customers via call or text message to confirm next-day service appointments

  • Inform customers proactively of any service delays or operational issues

  • Schedule and coordinate technicians’ daily work assignments

  • Record all confirmed appointments accurately in the system

  • Prepare and manage maintenance service contracts

  • Follow up with customers on air-conditioner maintenance contracts via phone, email, or SMS

Operation Admin

  • Liaise with operations and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely data processing

  • Receive stock checklists, move items using appropriate handling equipment (e.g. trolley), and update inventory records in the system

  • Prioritise and assign pick-and-pack orders to courier partners for both local and export deliveries

  • Support daily store operations and inventory management for automotive accessories

  • Monitor stock levels, track inventory movement, and assist in forecasting replenishment needs based on sales trends

  • Maintain accurate stock records, manage stock rotation, and ensure timely replenishment

  • Process customer orders accurately and promptly for online and in-store sales channels

  • Coordinate order preparation, packing, and shipment with suppliers and logistics partners

  • Track delivery status and follow up on shipment delays, discrepancies, or errors

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product availability and support customer requirements

  • Handle customer enquiries related to order status, delivery arrangements, returns, and exchanges

  • Prepare basic inventory and fulfilment reports and support warehouse administrative tasks as assigned


Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline

  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
