Job Responsibilities 职位职责

• Proactively engage walk-in customers to promote CPM/TCM health products
• Deliver confident, accurate, and engaging product presentations (benefits, usage instructions, ingredients) to enhance customer experience and drive sales
• Provide personalised product recommendations and respond effectively to customer inquiries
• Support marketing and sales initiatives such as in-store promotions, sampling, roadshows, and atrium events
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
• Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to ensure attractive display standards
• Travel across Singapore for atrium or event-based sales activities when required
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

• 自信、专业地进行产品介绍，包括功效、使用方法、成分等，提升顾客体验并促进销售
• 提供个性化产品推荐，并及时回应顾客咨询
• 支持市场推广活动，如店内促销、试用、路演及中庭销售活动
• 达成并超越每日及每周销售目标
• 协助库存管理、补货及陈列，确保货品展示整齐美观
• 需根据活动需求在新加坡各地参与中庭或活动销售
• 完成主管分配的其他临时任务

Job Requirements 职位要求

• Minimum Secondary School or “N” Level qualification, any discipline
• At least 3 years’ sales experience in General Trade (mini marts, provision shops), Traditional Trade (medical halls), or Modern Trade (supermarkets, convenience stores)
• Proven sales track record; experience in TCM or health supplement products is an added advantage but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills, customer-service mindset, and pleasant interpersonal skills
• Passionate about retail, proactive, and a strong team player
• Willing to travel across Singapore for roadshows/atrium events
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (shift schedule)
• 至少具备中学或 “N” 水准学历，专业不限
• 具备至少 3 年一般通路（迷你超市、杂货店）、传统通路（中药行）或现代通路（超市、便利店）销售经验
• 具有销售业绩记录；具中医药或保健品经验者为佳，但非必要条件
• 拥有良好沟通能力、服务意识及亲和力
• 热爱零售行业、主动积极、具团队合作精神
• 愿意在新加坡各区域进行路演或中庭销售活动
• 能接受零售轮班制度，包括周末及公共假期
