Job Summary

You will manage and consolidate client portfolios while acquiring new clients through targeted activities. Deliver tailored financial advice and solutions to individuals and corporate clients, fostering long-term relationships. Support estate planning, will writing, and legal documentation such as Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) and Advanced Medical Directive (AMD).

Responsibilities

• Manage and consolidate existing clients’ portfolios to optimize financial outcomes and client satisfaction
• Acquire new clients by executing strategic outreach and engagement activities
• Provide personalized financial advice and develop customized solutions for individual and corporate clients to meet their financial goals
• Maintain and deepen long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and service excellence
• Facilitate estate planning and will writing processes to ensure clients’ assets are managed according to their wishes
• Assist clients with preparing Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) and Advanced Medical Directive (AMD) documentation to support their legal and medical directives
• Deliver responsive and effective after-sales service to enhance client retention and trust
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment, demonstrating adaptability and clear communication
• Participate actively in a structured training program to develop professional skills and prepare for leadership roles
• Pursue a management path with the potential to advance within one year
