Job Scope / Responsibilities

Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing activities including:
• SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
• SEM / Google Ads
• Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Assist with content creation (Marketing materials, copywriting, post captions and description)
• Manage and update website content and online listings
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare simple reports
• Research market trends
• Support campaign planning and promotional activities

Sales

• Assist with sales enquiries from online platforms, WhatsApp, phone or walk-ins
• Follow up with leads and potential customers
• Prepare basic quotations or promotional messages
• Maintain customer database and follow-up records
• Support customer retention and membership renewal campaigns

General / Admin Support

• Coordinate with operations or service team when needed
• Assist with marketing materials, promotions or events
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to sales & marketing

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (preferred but not compulsory)
• Knowledge and basic experience in:
• SEO / SEM
• Social media platforms
• Digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads is a bonus)
• Comfortable with numbers and simple reporting
• Good communication skills (written & spoken)
• Self-motivated, organised and willing to learn
• Experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates and students are welcome
• Part time/ full time available
