Job Summary
Support the sales team by preparing accurate quotations and sales orders, managing customer communications, and maintaining organized records to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate sales quotations and sales orders to support the sales team’s objectives
- Respond promptly and clearly to customer enquiries via phone and email to provide effective assistance
- Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and deliveries to ensure timely processing and resolution
- Organize and maintain filing systems and records to support efficient information retrieval and compliance
- Track inventory and coordinate stock levels as needed to support sales and operational requirements
- Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently to meet sales support goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Business Central (Microsoft BC) to manage sales and inventory processes
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support or a similar role demonstrating relevant skills and outcomes
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels or Diploma qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with customers and colleagues
