Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 45001).

• Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

• Independently prepare, manage, and control safety and ISO documentation (procedures, risk assessments, records, audit documents).

• Maintain accurate safety reports, statistics, and compliance records.

• Prepare safety presentations, reports, and training materials using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Support safety training, toolbox meetings, and safety awareness programs.

• Assist with ISO audits and continuous improvement of safety systems.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field.

• Relevant safety certification and experience in construction safety preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety documentation management.

• Experience working with ISO safety management systems.

• Able to work independently, well organized, and detail-oriented.
