Roles& Responsibilities:

-       Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.

-       Implement and enforce established safety requirements for the Contractor, and monitor compliance to ensure smooth operations.

-       Ensure all site operations are conducted in accordance with safety standards and that these standards are maintained throughout the construction period.

-       Conduct daily toolbox meetings and brief the Risk Assessment (RA) for daily work activities.

-       Carry out daily site inspections and report issues that require management action.

-       Take action to rectify unsafe conditions or acts, and address unsafe behaviour on the spot.

-       Conduct safety training for all high-risk work to prevent accident and raise awareness.

-       Perform weekly checks on temporary electrical facilities, tools, and its usage, and monitor to ensure its compliance. Maintain surveillance of the job-site conditions and safety practices, andrecommend improvements.

-       Attend Weekly and Monthly Safety and Coordination Committee meetings.

Certificates Preferable:

-    ACWSH            (Advance Certificate in WSH or Level B)

-    WSHCM           (WSH Control Measure or bizSAFE L2 (Risk Management))

-   WSHM             (WSH Management in Construction Industries or BCSS)

-   MWAH              (Manage Work at Height)

-   OFAC               (Occupational First Aid Course)

Skill Preferable:

-      Minimum 3 years of related working experience in the construction industry.

-      Strong technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

-      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-      Proficient in Microsoft Office
