💼 Position Details:

📌 Job Title: Security Coordinator

💰 Salary: $3,000 – $4,000++ (based on experience)

🕒 Working Hours:

 • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM ( if needed)

🗓 Monthly Off Days: 6 Days/ 8 Days

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Ensure compliance with site safety plans, regulations, contractual obligations, and safety guidelines

✅ Maintain strong knowledge of Layton Level 1 Practices and the "One HSE Culture" framework

✅ Assist in developing CMS/CRA/JHA and ensure supervisors understand and implement the project JHA

✅ Organize and oversee work activities to align with approved safety standards and risk control measures

✅ Conduct supervisor kick-off meetings and lead site control briefings to communicate Level 1 risks

✅ Perform daily site inspections, identify hazards, report findings, and follow up on corrective actions

✅ Ensure proper risk assessments are done for high-risk activities under the PTW (Permit to Work) process

✅ Participate in the Emergency Response Team as needed and promptly report incidents and near-misses

✅ Attend monthly Project Safety Management Committee meetings to review and improve site safety
