Conduct risk assessments for painting activities (working at heights, chemical handling, spray painting).

Develop and implement safe work procedures.

Ensure proper use of PPE (respirators, gloves, goggles, harnesses).

Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.

Perform routine site inspections and audits.

Report and investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
