Returns & Refund Executive| 4 Weekdays and Saturday (5Days)

📍 Location: Boon Lay area
🚌 Transport: Company transport provided from and To Lakeside MRT
🕗 Working Hours: 5 days (4 weekdays & Saturday), 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
📅 Off Days: One weekday + Sunday

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and assess returned products
• Verify refund eligibility based on company policies
• Update system records accurately
• Identify product defects or irregularities
• Work closely with team to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:
• Holds a Diploma (any field)
• Comfortable using computer systems & data entry
• Detail-oriented & able to follow SOP
• Good in English (spoken & written)
• Responsible, punctual & team-oriented
