Job Summary

We are looking for two passionate and motivated Retail Sales Associates to join our brand-new Feng Shui & Lifestyle boutique at Bedok. You will deliver exceptional customer service, promote and sell our unique Feng Shui and lifestyle products, and create a serene, harmonious, and engaging shopping experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet and attend to walk-in customers warmly to understand their needs and provide professional advice on Feng Shui aesthetics and product features
• Promote brand philosophy and products actively to achieve individual and store sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering personalized shopping experiences that exceed expectations

Store Operations & Visual Merchandising

• Maintain daily store cleanliness and organization to ensure an elegant and comfortable environment
• Execute product displays and visual merchandising following brand guidelines to uphold high presentation standards
• Assist with inventory management tasks including receiving stock, conducting stocktaking, and replenishing products

Professional Development & Teamwork

• Continuously learn about Feng Shui, crystals, and lifestyle aesthetics to improve professional knowledge and customer advice
• Collaborate closely with team members to foster a positive and supportive work environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience; experience in jewellery, luxury goods, lifestyle aesthetics, or related fields is preferred
• Strong interest in Feng Shui, crystals, or Chinese traditional culture is an advantage
• Outgoing and proactive personality with a strong sense of customer service and teamwork
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
