Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily retail operations of fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Source and evaluate produce quality from overseas suppliers
  • Handle inventory planning, stock rotation, and minimize wastage
  • Monitor pricing strategy based on market trends and supply conditions
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Train and supervise retail staff on product knowledge and customer service
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide recommendations on fresh produce
  • Coordinate with logistics and suppliers on delivery schedules

  • Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in fresh produce / fruit & vegetable retail industry
  • Strong knowledge of product grading, sourcing and seasonal supply
  • Experience dealing with overseas suppliers preferred
  • Ability to manage operations and lead a small team
  • Good customer service and communication skills
