Job Summary

This hybrid role combines daily store operations with creative marketing support, requiring a proactive and organized individual who can contribute on the sales floor and behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute in-store marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events to drive customer engagement
• Design and adapt promotional materials such as flyers, signage, and digital screens using Canva and Adobe Photoshop to support marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with store teams to implement effective visual merchandising and maintain brand consistency across all displays
• Plan and distribute marketing materials including signage, banners, brochures, and digital content to enhance store promotions
• Support store management in overseeing daily sales operations to ensure smooth store functioning
• Manage and maintain the store’s social media presence by creating and posting engaging content to increase brand visibility

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong understanding of retail store environments and customer behavior to tailor marketing and sales efforts effectively
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams and customers
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva or similar platforms to support design and administrative tasks
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Experience with content creation to enhance marketing and social media efforts
• Collaborative attitude with a proactive and optimistic approach to contribute positively to team dynamics
