We are looking for experienced and motivated Store Managers to lead retail teams across Orchard & Lentor. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are passionate about driving sales and team performance.

📍 Locations: Orchard, Lentor

💰 Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: $2,800 – $2,900
Allowance: $200
Commission: Up to $400
AWS: Provided

🛍️ Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Lead, coach, and manage store staff including scheduling and performance management

• Drive sales through KPI tracking, target setting, and team motivation

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalated issues

• Manage inventory, replenishment, and shrinkage control

• Ensure visual merchandising meets brand standards

• Handle cash management, sales reporting, and SOP compliance

• Partner with Area/Regional Managers to achieve business objectives

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail supervisory or managerial experience

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills

• Customer-focused with a proven ability to drive sales

• Solid knowledge of store operations, merchandising, and inventory control

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Hands-on, positive, and results-driven
