Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Retail Associates to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong passion for wellness products, enjoy interacting with customers, and have a flair for sales. As a Retail Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers find what they need.
• Sales: Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and product promotion. Participate in sales campaigns and promotions.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all products, including new arrivals and best-sellers. Educate customers on the benefits and uses of our products.
• Store Presentation: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves, displays, and common areas. Ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members and supervisors to achieve store goals. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve store performance.
• Customer Feedback: Listen to customer feedback and communicate any suggestions or issues to the management team. Help to resolve any customer concerns or complaints promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Passion for wellness, aromatherapy, and natural products
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Basic computer skills for point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management.
