About the Role
Adecco is partnering with a leading kitchen lifestyle brand to hire a Retail Assistant. In this role, you will engage customers through interactive product demonstrations, support store operations, and deliver an enjoyable and inspiring shopping experience for culinary enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities
• Engage customers and share the benefits of smart kitchen solutions through product demonstrations • Provide personalized recommendations to enhance customers’ cooking experience • Support daily store operations including inventory management and stock replenishment • Assist in visual merchandising and ensure displays align with brand standards • Participate in in-store promotions, events, and customer engagement activities • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming environment • Handle transactions accurately and provide excellent after-sales service

Job Requirements
• Passion for cooking, food, or kitchen innovation • Experience in retail or F&B is an advantage • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Confident in engaging customers and demonstrating products • Positive attitude and a team player in a fast-paced environment
