- In charge of verifying shipment content against shipping documents provided.
- Responsible in assisting in material picking against pick list and packing of outbound shipments.
- In charge of rejecting damage items and record discrepancies.
- In charge of data entry into ERP system.
- Responsible in assisting Logistics Officer in coordinating with logistics provider on shipment collection.
- In Charge of the visual inspect material for defects and report these and any unusual situation immediately.
- Operate lift trucks, hand trucks, forklifts, stackers, or any other lifting or material handling equipment/devices to move, convey, or hoist materials or products, following the training provided.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices in work area.
Requirements
- Min GCE ‘O’ level and above
- Min 3 year of experience in ERP systems, lifting devices and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Possess a Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License.
