Key Responsibilities
• Oversee full restaurant operations and performance
• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Drive revenue growth and improve profitability
• Ensure food safety, service quality, and customer satisfaction
• Lead, schedule, and manage manpower effectively
• Recruit, train, counsel, and supervise staff
• Handle admin matters and operational improvements
• Resolve service issues professionally
• Report to Area Manager and support company service culture
