Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all operational and administrative activities to ensure efficient restaurant performance and customer satisfaction
• Manage staffing functions including recruitment, scheduling, and performance oversight to maintain a motivated and effective team
• Develop and implement targeted advertising and promotional campaigns to increase restaurant visibility and customer engagement
• Monitor and uphold food quality and service standards to deliver a consistently excellent dining experience
• Communicate effectively in English to facilitate team coordination and customer interaction; proficiency in Korean is an advantage for enhanced guest relations
