·      Upholding standards of the restaurant, and providing top-notch customer service experience to in-house guests

·      Greet and guide guests to their tables and assist them in seating

·      Answer phone calls and reply email enquiries in a professional manner

·      Manage guests' reservations and scheduling

·      Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow

·      Responds to guest inquiries and requests

·      To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management

·      Managing petty cash, staff claims and purchasing matters

·      Updating the website and POS system on menu changes

·      Responding to enquiries on Instagram, Facebook, and Email.

·      Printing menus as required.

·      Supporting event-related tasks, including:

·      Preparing event forms and invoices

·      Coordinating special arrangements (e.g., rental of tablecloths, chairs, tables, etc.)

·      Maintaining guest profiles in Seven Rooms and creating EDMs for internal events
