Job Description
Responsibilities
- In charge of daily food preparation
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and properly maintained
- Oversee food preparations, presentations and storage to ensure food health and safety standard
Qualities we seek include:
- Experience in cooking North and South Indian, Pakistani and Malabar dishes and snacks
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellence
- Respective skills to perform required duties
- Team player who works well with the kitchen staff
- Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
- Minimum 20 years of working experience in Indian, Pakistani and Malabar food and snacks
- Must be able to work night shift and split shift
- Must be able to work extra hours, weekends and public holidays if required
- Fluent in Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi languages
